Castelul - vedere frontala / The castle - front view

LIMBA ROMANA:

Construit la sfarsitul secolului al 19-lea ca si castel de vanatoare, a traversat vremuri grele in timp, in special in perioada

comunista cand toate obiectele de mobilier si de decor/utilitate  interioare au disparut. Constructia are inca o structura solida iar aspectul exterior

este impresionant. A fost construit dupa un proiect italian. Demisolul este ridicat din blocuri masive de piatra iar peretii celorlalte doua etaje sunt din

caramida. Planseele dintre demisol si parter si dintre parter si etaj sunt sustinute de grinzi metalice masive. Peretii exteriori sunt finisati cu placute

ceramice cu aspect de caramida rosie. Toate ferestrele si usile exterioare sunt incadrate in "rame" masive de piatra frumos profilate si finisate.

Castelul are 4 nivele: demisol, parter, etaj si mansarda . Fiecare nivel are aproximativ 500mp.

La demisol este crama - care este cu cateva trepte chiar mai jos. La parter  sunt sunt doua terase acoperite: una cu vedere spre spatele cladirii,

cealalta cu vedere laterala spre lac si poiana dintre. La etaj sunt doua terase deschise si trei balcoane. 

Holul central pe doua nivele cu scara generoasa in forma de "U", semineul principal din granit si lambriurile si decoratiile din lemn de pe pereti si

tavan sunt cele mai interesante dintre putinele elemente originale de decor/ functionale din interior.

In turnul din stanga este o scara spirala din piatra(demisol) si lemn pentru toate cele 4 nivele ale cladirii. Celalalt turn are spre varf o camera cu ferestre

pe toate laturile. Pe varf este o frumoasa morisca de vant.

Castelul si parcul ce il inconjoara face parte din patrimoniul national de istorie si arhitectura. In ultimii ani au fost efectuate mai multe lucrari de

conservare, reparatii si investitii pe aceasta proprietate. Vechea "hulubarie" a fost transformata in pensiune turistica cu 6 camere / apartamente cu bai proprii

clasificata la trei stele. Pensiunea mai are un salon generos la etaj cu minibucatarie si terasa. Toate cladirile anexe au fost reparate. A fost construita o

toaleta exterioara (de vara)  cu cabine de dus pentru cei veniti in camping. Sistemele de apa, canalizare exterioara ( cu statie proprie) si instalatiile electrice

au fost reparate si modernizate. Lacul de 1800mp a fost decolmatat si populat cu peste. Reteaua de alei de plimbare ( si cu bicicleta) a fost reabilitata,

au fost amplasate banci, cosuri de gunoi, au fost refacute caile de acces, s-a plantat gard viu, arbusti, flori. A fost construit un gard de protectie in jurul

proprietatii cu fundatie de beton ( 1600m). Castelul este in curs de renovare ( este nevoie de multi bani si timp).

Dorim sa extindem/diversificam oferta noastra cu inca 6 camere de cazare ( in alt imobil ) si cu un  teren de sport si o piscina.       

ENGLISH:

    Built by late 19th century, as a hunting mansion, this property passed harsh times over the years, especially during communist era when all inside

furniture and fittings have vanished. The building still has a strong structure and the outside look is impressive. It was designed by an italian archtect.

The lower ground level is built with massive stone blocks; the other levels' walls are made of bricks. The plans between lower and ground and ground

to first are supported by massive steel profiled beams.  The outside walls are placked with keramik plates with a red brick look.All the outside windows

and doors are framed with beautifully profiled and finished stone blocks. The building has four levels: lower ground floor, ground floor,  first floor and

the top floor.Each level is of about 500sqm.

At the lower ground there is a wine cellar at four steps even lower level. The ground floor has two covered verandas: one with a back view, the other

with side view  to the lake and to the large opening in between. At the first floor are 2 open verandas and three balconies.  The inside central lobby on

two levels  with the large "U" form staircase, with the main granite fireplace,  with the walls and  ceiling wood decorations, make some of the few  

inside impressive originals.

Inside the left tower there is a spiral wood staircase for all four levels. The other tower has a top observatory room with windows on all sides. On top

of the tower there is beautiful weather vane.        

The castle and its surrounding park is listed in the national patrimony of  history and architecture.

A lot of improvements and reparations have been done in the last years on this property.    

 The "old pidgeon house"  ( 1888 )  was transformed into a three star classified lodging house with six rooms/appartments with own bathrooms. 

The house has a large common living/dining room with  veranda and kitchen.

 All the annex buildings were repaired.  A new outside shower/ toilette for summer use ( for campers) was built.  The outside sewage system, 

the water and electrical systems were also made functional and up to date. The waterpond ( 1800mp) was decolmated and populated with fish.

 The large alley network with resting benches in the woods and around the lake with hedges, arbusts and different trees  make the place a lot more

welcoming. There was also made a new 2m tall fence with concrete foundation all around the property (1600m).

The castle itself is under renovation process ( needs a lot of money and time ) 

We want to extend our camping/lodging  facilities with another 6 double rooms in a different building, a swimming pool and a sports playground.
